Well written one Dharmesh. We should also give more weightage SET MAX, i remember it's showing Telugu dubbed movies very often on their channel, They set the stage and later goldmines really took off.
The Telugu movie industry be more thankful for SET Max for giving them a distribution early on and Goldmines for accelerating it.
I loved this read. I'm a huge Hindi movie buff and I had no idea about this channel and was wondering how come South Indian movies suddenly became so popular throughout the country. Thanks for satiating my curiosity.
Pretty soon we will stop discussing “south Indian” films separately. These languages will become mainstream due to the quality of content. No more a niche
From someone who watches south movies since college days. This was interesting to read. My first major exposure was watching Don in theatre. I loved the movie. I watch more south movies than hindi even today. Whenever I feel like watching something serious, I will pick a South movie based on highest reviews and story.
What an article, Dharmesh bhai! What Dhurandhar storytelling, flow, and edge-of-the-seat stuff!
You're a true Shehenshah.

great article but please don’t use ai to fix grammar or paraphrase things, now a days it cheapens the authenticity of otherwise a great article.
