In my previous write-ups, I broke down the user experience of Indian apps like Animall and Frnd. The response was overwhelmingly positive. My buddy Phalgun recently turned me on to useronboard.com, which provides a detailed teardown of U.S.-based apps. This got us thinking: What would a similar approach to Indian apps look like?
Here is my first UX audit of the Lokal app, a hyperlocal Indian app for news, classifieds and daily utility prices. I hope you enjoy the breakdown.
